Our Story
It all began when we turned two stone houses with a sunset view in Bozcaada into
holiday homes offering fascinating experiences. Since then, we have been creating
holiday homes accompanied by stunning sunset views, and connecting you with
them.
With an A-class tourism license, Sunset Houses has been converting properties in
Turkey’s most exclusive locations into ‘holiday homes’ for the past six years,
managing everything from development and maintenance to preparation, marketing,
renting, and all legal processes, from A to Z.
